Eat Breakfast!

Do you think you find no time to eat your breakfast? Then this is for you. I used to be a breakfast-skipper. I have changed now, after seeing one of my friend's suffering from Ulcer.

Eating breakfast, I consider, gives a very good start to my day. So, I never skip a breakfast. See for yourself, have breakfast for a month and see the changes. You can perform better in your school or work.

So, have breakfast. Even, if your job is in danger, have breakfast and go. Even, if you had written a suicidal note, have breakfast and then proceed.Read this!
